Why do I see "Unknown Users" in My Viewers list?

You may see several "Unkown Users", but this only means that those people have not yet signed up with MySpaceWatcher.com.

MySpace.com requires us to have people signup with our service before being able to determine who is looking at your profile.

We suggest posting a bulletin about us and tell all of your friends to signup. This will increase your chances of seeing who is viewing your profile.


Im trying to signup, but it keeps saying my URL is incorrect?

This is most likely due to your profile being "Private". Our system needs to read important information from your profile, so you will need to make your profile public, then signup.

After you have placed the tracking code on your page, you can then make your profile private again.


How long does it take for statistics to show up?

Our system generates statistics in real-time. This means that as soon as someone views your profile, it will show up in your reports and statistics.


How will my information be used?

The information we collect from you is only used for internal reporting and statistics. We will never disclose any information about you to anyone.


Will you sell my email address to anyone?

No. We care very much about your privacy and will never sell or give any information about you to anyone. You may want to check out our No Spam Policy as well for more information.


Will my IP address be displayed to other people?

No. Other systems show your IP address to any user that stumbles upon your profile, but showing an IP Address holds no relevance to anyone but our system. While we use your IP Address for geographical tracking and reporting, we do not feel the need to display it to the world.
